I’m Dr. Katie Stone, an executive coach and college professor.
My career has taken me from corporate leadership to executive coaching to the classroom. Across these experiences, one belief has remained constant: people have extraordinary capacity to learn, grow, and evolve.
Today, my work centers on helping others explore that potential through meaningful conversations, new perspectives, and purposeful action.
